Little Fish

Ella has been swimming 3 times now. She seems to be warming up to the idea...yesterday she actually smiled at Greg while we were in the water. She has yet to cry in the pool, so we figure she doesn't dislike swimming. We had so much fun sharing our favorite thing with the little bear!

Two Month Checkup

Ella had her 2 month checkup at the doctor today. She weighed in at 14 pounds 3 ounces and is 24.5 inches long. She is now above the 95th percentile in both weight and length (no surprise there!). Poor thing also got her first round of shots. She tolerated them okay, but we were both happy when the nurse was all done and I could pick her up again!

Happy Easter!
I had a pretty good Easter...my first official holiday. Dad cooked us breakfast and we all went to the park together. I was pretty fussy all afternoon, as usual, but my doctor today diagnosed me with reflux and gave me some medicine that will hopefully ease my pain and make the crying stop. The good news is that I'm definately thriving...13.5 pounds and gaining! I'm above the 95% for my age. We can't wait for April 25 when my length will be measured again.
